The bear is a three step stamp set - which gives it the realistic look. I
used Crumb Cake and Soft Suede and then Early Espresso layers. The
little bow is using Pink Pirouette on both layers.
The background I used the Endless Birthday Wishes for dots and Balloon Celebration stamp set for bow.
