Nappy cake for Girl

I made ballerina nappy cake for my friend's order.

I found this design from google and that was a tutu and used fabric, but I use a crepe paper pink and white, it was good.

I use TimHoltz die for the letters. 

Baby card I use Barnyard Babies.
